Paul DeAngelis

I have dedicated my life to the education and advancement of health, wellness and most of all performance in every aspect of life. I have made training and education paramount in my mandate for highest achievements.

I began coaching over 20 years ago because I passionately believe in the life-changing benefits of my philosophy. My goal as a coach is to inspire individuals with my methodology introduced in this site, because it is perfect for individuals of all ages and abilities.

I believe in the psychology of sport and life, the development of ones perception and ones physical training plays a vital role in the success of any plan. I create a positive environment to help clients overcome self doubt or perceived limitations and reach their potential.

I have reached out to thousand of people worldwide traveling the world to train athletes and coaches about proper mechanics, nutrition, mobility, injury prevention and programming.

I am also an accomplished Mountain Guide and founded Mountain Climbing Adventures in 2002. I have experience in leading and managing in the most difficult environments. I have an uncanny ability to motivate diverse groups and implement positive changes. This includes guiding on mountains in the Himalaya‘s (including Everest), the Andes, The Alps, The Rockies and Africa (including the Atlas Mountains).

Never one to rest on my laurels or become complacent in my endeavours, I consistently add designations to my name and adapted many disciplines to ensure he can bring elite level coaching to his students.
